These terms apply when you access or use BangerPrep. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You may use BangerPrep for lawful personal use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another user's account or private data, upload malicious material, or use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BangerPrep permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide the content and links you add.

Shared groups

Information submitted to a shared group may be viewed or changed by other authorised group members. Use care when adding ticket links, chat links, or other information that grants access to an external service.

Third-party services

BangerPrep integrates with identity providers, music services, and music-data providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. BangerPrep is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or changes.

Availability and changes

BangerPrep is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service or its users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BangerPrep is provided without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
